Refund & cancellation policy

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel a monthly or yearly package at any time from your account or by emailing hello@avantrova.com. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. We don't charge cancellation fees.

Refunds

Monthly packages: no refund for a month already started, but you won't be charged again.
Yearly packages: full refund within 14 days if no review has been delivered; pro-rata refund of unused full months within 30 days.
Reviews and revised drawings already delivered (including add-ons and the Resolve level) are not refundable, because the work has been done. If a report has a clear error on our side, tell us within 14 days and we will correct it free.
Project-management services follow the terms in your signed quotation.

Pay-per-job codes

A job code (AVJ-…) bought for a single service can be refunded in full within 14 days if it has not been used. Once a run has been made with the code, the job is delivered and is not refundable; any remaining re-runs stay available until the code expires (90 days). Company orders paid by invoice follow the terms written on the quote.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 working days after approval. Bank or currency-conversion charges of your bank are outside our control.
