Shipping & delivery policy

Avantrova provides digital services only. Nothing physical is shipped, and there are no shipping charges.

How services are delivered

Subscriptions (Avantrova Control and review packages): access starts immediately after successful payment. Confirmation and invoice are sent to your registered email.
Drawing review reports: delivered by email as PDF/HTML within 3-5 working days of receiving complete, readable drawings (up to 50 sheets). Larger packages: the delivery date is confirmed in writing before work starts.
RFIs, marked-up and revised drawings (Fix and Resolve levels): delivered by email or a secure download link on the date agreed in your quotation.
Project-management services: delivered as described in your signed quotation.

Pay-per-job and automatic results

After a one-off payment, your job code is emailed within minutes. Machine results (drawing checks, Tender Check, procurement schedules, tender reading, Bid Pack, project chain reports) are produced in minutes after upload and can be downloaded for 24 hours. Expert notes, written Bid Pack sections and revised drawings are delivered within the turnaround stated on the pricing page or in your quote.

Delays

If we cannot meet a delivery date, we tell you before it is due with a new date. If the new date does not suit you, you may cancel that order for a full refund of the unstarted work.
