Your drawings are your clients' property and often confidential. This page explains how Avantrova handles them and any personal details you share with us.

What we collect

• Your name, email address and role, from our forms or emails.
• Links to the drawings and documents you send for review, and any notes you add.
• Basic website information such as form submissions, handled by our hosting provider.

How we use your drawings

• Only to carry out the review you asked for and to prepare your report.
• Only the reviewers working on your request can access them.
• We use AI-assisted tools as part of the review. Your drawings are processed only to produce your report.
• We never publish, sell or share your drawings, and we never name your project, client or location in our marketing.
• We may keep general notes about the types of issues we find (with no project names, locations, client details or drawings) to improve our checklists.

How long we keep them

We delete downloaded drawings within 30 days of sending your report, or sooner if you ask. You can also remove access by switching off your sharing link at any time.

Your personal details

We use your contact details only to reply to you, send your report and, if you created a free account, send product updates you agreed to (you can unsubscribe any time). We do not sell your details. Ask us at any time to see, correct or delete them.

Payments

Payments are handled by our payment partner, Razorpay. Your card, UPI or bank details are entered on their secure page and are never seen or stored by Avantrova. We receive only the payment confirmation, amount, your name and email, which we keep for invoicing and accounting as the law requires.

Your rights (Europe, UK, Canada, USA)

Wherever you are, you can ask us to see, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to stop any marketing emails, by writing to hello@avantrova.com. We reply within 30 days. For clients in the EU and UK we process personal data under the GDPR / UK GDPR on the basis of our contract with you or your consent (for newsletters). For Canadian clients we follow PIPEDA principles, and for US clients we do not sell or share personal information. Your data may be processed in India and by our service providers (website hosting, email and payments) in other countries, with appropriate safeguards. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

Confidentiality agreements

If your project needs a signed non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before you share drawings, tell us and we will sign one.

Tenders, BOQs and company records

BOQs, tender documents and project workbooks are processed in the same sealed job folders as drawings and deleted after 24 hours. The company file used for a Bid Pack is deleted immediately after the run. See Security & confidentiality for Avantrova Connect.
