These terms apply when you request a review from Avantrova, a registered MSME in India (Udyam No. UDYAM-TS-02-0385666). By sending us drawings or paying for a review, you agree to them.

What a review is

An Avantrova review is an independent second check of the drawings and documents you send. We report the issues we find, such as coordination clashes, missing details, inconsistencies and quantity mismatches, in a prioritised report.

What a review is not

A review is not design approval, certification or a guarantee that drawings are free of errors. Responsibility for the design stays with the architect or engineer of record. Please check any issue we raise before acting on it.

Plans and revised drawings

We offer four levels of service: Check (issues list), Advise (issues with recommended fixes), Fix (marked-up drawings, redrawn details and RFIs) and Resolve (revised CAD drawings). Recommended fixes, sketches and revised drawings are proposals. They are issued for review and approval by the architect or engineer of record, who stays responsible for the design. Any change affecting structure is confirmed by a registered structural engineer before issue. You confirm you have the right to have the drawings revised, or the original designer's permission.

Your responsibilities

• You confirm you have the right to share the drawings with us.
• You send complete, readable files and tell us what you want checked.

Quotes, turnaround and payment

• We confirm the price and expected turnaround before starting paid work.
• Payment is by bank transfer or the other options shown on our invoice. We will never change our bank details by email; if you receive such a request, please confirm with us first.
• Free reviews for students and junior engineers are offered at our discretion.

Refunds

If we cannot deliver a review we have agreed to, we refund what you paid for it. Once a report has been delivered, the fee is not refundable, but we will happily answer questions about it.

Subscriptions and payments

Prices are shown on our pricing page in US dollars (or Indian rupees where shown) and are payable in advance. Payments are processed securely by our payment partner (Razorpay); we never see or store your card details. Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow our cancellation & refund policy. Services are delivered digitally as described in our shipping & delivery policy. We will give at least 30 days' notice by email of any price change for existing subscribers.

Fair use

Each package includes the limits shown on the pricing page (reviews per month, sheets per review, projects and users). Accounts are for the named user or company and may not be shared or resold.

Tender Check, Bid Pack and procurement

Tender Check and Bid Pack help you read, check and prepare a tender. They do not guarantee that a bid will be accepted or won. You remain responsible for the truth of everything you submit, for your prices, and for signing and stamping all documents; Avantrova never signs or submits on your behalf. Procurement schedules, customs headings, lead times and landed costs are planning estimates to be confirmed with your suppliers and clearing agent.

Project Chain and Avantrova Connect

Contract deadlines in the Project Chain follow typical contract forms (FIDIC, World Bank and similar); always check them against your own contract. Avantrova Connect runs on your systems under your administrator's control and a written data agreement; you decide which mailboxes, numbers and folders it may read and whether it may send messages.

Intellectual property and acceptable use

The Avantrova name, logo, website, engines, methods, checklists, report formats and knowledge library are the property of Avantrova and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may use the results for your own projects. You may not copy, resell or republish our reports or methods; scrape, crawl or bulk-download the website or service; reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract our engines, rules or data; use the service to build or train a competing product; or share access keys and job codes outside your organisation. We may suspend access that breaches these terms.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any review is limited to the fee you paid for that review. We are not liable for indirect losses such as delay, rework or loss of profit.

Confidentiality

We treat your drawings as confidential, as described in our Privacy & confidentiality page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Hyderabad, Telangana having jurisdiction.
